JumpServe Services LLC - Terms and Conditions

Before participating, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By participating in this event/clinic, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Assumption of Risk:

   • Participants understand and acknowledge that playing volleyball involves inherent risks of physical injury. Participants agree to participate at their own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.

2. Liability Release:

   • Participants hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue JumpServe Services LLC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to concussions or other head injuries, that may be sustained by me during my participation in Volleyball, whether caused by the negligence of the organizers or otherwise.

3. Emergency Medical Treatment:

   • In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize event organizers to seek and consent to medical treatment on their behalf. Participants understand that they are responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Code of Conduct:

   • Participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of sportsmanship and conduct during the event. Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by event organizers may result in disqualification or removal from the event.

5. Photography and Filming:

   • Participants consent to the use of their likeness, image, or voice in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by JumpServe Solutions LLC and its partners.

6. Event Modifications:

   • Event organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or other issues beyond their control.

7. Registration and Refund Policy:

   • All registration fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the specific event page. Event organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in the event of cancellation or modification.

8. Compliance with Laws:

   • Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during the event.

9. Concussion Awareness: 

   • Risk Acknowledgement: Participants acknowledge the risk of concussions or other head injuries associated with sports activities.

   • Safety Measures: Participants agree to abide by all safety protocols and guidelines provided by JumpServe to minimize the risk of concussions. 

   • Waiver of Liability: Participants release JumpServe Services LLC from any liability for concussions or other head injuries sustained during the Event.

By participating in this event/clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the event. Event organizers reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and participants are encouraged to review them regularly for updates.
